Pigeon's Create Recipes

First release of the mod. Adds:

• Lapis Lazuli Recipe: Compact flint and 30mb of liquid experience together under a press to get one lapis lazuli.
• Washable Magma Cream: Magma Cream can be washed into one slime and a 1/10 chance of getting blaze powder.
• Suspicious Sand and Gravel Recipes: It is now possible to manually apply or deploy a brick onto sand or gravel to get their suspicious counterparts. They do not have loot inside them upon being crafted, though, so no infinite diamonds for you!
• Phantom Membrane Recipe: Haunt leather for a small chance to get a phantom membrane.
• Shulker Shell Sequenced Assembly: Shulker shells can now be created without a mob farm. It can be obtained via a sequenced assembly where you start with an iron sheet and deploy on a popped chorus fruit, then deploy on a phantom membrane for one shell.
