PID | Player Item Descriptions

PID (Player Item Descriptions / player_item_descriptions) adds a new text field in the anvil so players can add descriptions to their items!

Adding a description has the same cost as changing the name of an item, and largely the mechanics are the same; writing a blank description will remove the description from items.

This mod works by adding a new data component for tooltips that renders after the name of the item, and before everything else, player_item_descriptions:custom_description.
