Per-player server-authoritative pickup filters with profiles, commands, and registry-aware item search.
Pickup Control gives every player an independent, server-authoritative automatic item pickup filter.
Features:
• Blacklist and whitelist modes.
• Pick up only item types already present in the inventory.
• Configurable junk-item mode using item IDs and Minecraft item tags.
• Four independent profiles: Normal, Mine, Building, and Farm.
• Searchable UI backed by the full Minecraft item registry, including modded items.
• Hold a separate key to manually collect a normally blocked drop.
• Per-player settings persist across relogs and server restarts.
• Commands for enable, disable, profile selection, and clearing.
• English and Russian localization.
Blocked drops stay on the ground, remain available to other players, and are never deleted or reserved. The server makes every final pickup decision; client packets cannot create, delete, or move items.
Installation:
Install Fabric Loader and Fabric API for Minecraft 1.20.1, then place PickupControl-1.0.0+mc1.20.1-fabric.jar in the mods folder on the server and clients. The JSON configuration is generated at config/pickup_control.json.
