What's new

Release 9.0.0 for MC 1.21.1

Changes:

- Updated to 1.21.1

- Added Colored Cobblestone to c:cobblestones and pickletweaks:colored_cobblestone tags

- Changed Diamond and Emerald Apple buff durations to 4 minutes
