Added support for 1.17.1.

Added new biome, Phocklands, filled with Phocktonium Ore.

Added new dimension, PHOCK, this can be accessed with the portal block, and is the only place the Phocklands biome spawns.

Some tweaks to the armor and tools, if there is any issue with balance let me know.
