Added drops and advancements for the dreadperennials

 

Changed the advancement names for killing the converted cow and bear

Added phayrost building blocks and the phayrost geyser

 

The block infection now clears snow

 

Remains can only become pustules when there is a perennial nearby

 

When a basic or basic+ perennial dies, the infestation that place in a sphere will now decay into air

 

Reduced the speed of the block infection

 

The blooming grove and rotting forest should hopefully spread further
