a compatibility mod and small additions from a mod of mine
Adds a way to obtain "low_spirit_stones" via sifting.
(Also makes it easier to find Xiaoxiang's "spirit_vein_spring".)
Makes Xiaoxiang's starting items compatible with Tinkers.
Creates a new Xiaoxiang starter pack featuring Create items.
Adds formation flags that affect Create's "SU" (Stress Units).
Adds a unique altar that grants Tinkers tools a new type of modifier based on the Wuxia cultivation system (currently under development).
More things will come in the future.
