Petrichor: Rain & Storms

• Shader packs can show Petrichor's rain: while an Iris shader pack is on, the mod hands its rain type, sun showers, wetness, rainbows, lightning flashes and wind to the pack every frame (petrichor:shader_data, a small data texture any pack can read). Pocky Shaders uses it for its overcast skies, rainbows, wet ground and storm light.
