Refactored localization: Removed almost all of the hardcoded Chinese strings and switched to English.

✨ New Features & Improvements

• 🔄 Pet Restoration Mechanism
  Pets that have been automatically saved due to lost tracking can now be restored. Use the /petloader restore command to spawn a clone of the pet at the World Spawn point.

• ⚙️ Config Update: Retain Data on Death
  Added a new configuration option to control whether pet records are automatically cleared upon death. Enabling this allows you to keep pet data even after they die, facilitating cloning or backup purposes.
