Pet Respawn is a very simple mod and does exactly what it says on the tin - when your pet dies, it respawns.

Pets respawn at the owner's bed if they have one. Note that they will teleport back instantly if the bed is in a loaded chunk.
If the owner does not have a bed, the pet will die permanently.
The pet's owner will lose 3 experience levels when a pet dies. This can be changed to any amount, including 0, in the config file.
If the pet's owner does not have enough experience levels, the pet will die permanently.
In the config there is the option to reduce damage done to pets by their owners or other players by a multiplier, as an additional form of protection.
Support for tameable mobs added by other mods

Please note that this mod does not work on horses, donkeys, mules or llamas etc. as they don't have a specific owner even if they are tamed.
