Minecraft compatibility

• Now requires Minecraft 26.3 (support for 26.2 has been dropped)

What's new / changed

• Updated for Minecraft 26.3's reworked input system. Your default keybinds (F7 to toggle, U for settings) are unaffected.
• If you had a custom key binding from an older PermaClicker version, it will automatically reset to the default the first time you load this version — you'll see a one-time chat message explaining why. Just rebind your preferred key again in PermaClicker's settings.
• Simplified the background-run settings: the old "run when unfocused" / "run when minimized" pair is now a single Runtime Mode setting (Focused / Background).
• Various internal improvements to keep the Fabric and NeoForge versions behaving identically.

Upgrading

• Still on Minecraft 26.2? Stay on PermaClicker 1.2.1 (with TurtleLib 1.2.1). Update to Minecraft 26.3, TurtleLib 1.3.0, and PermaClicker 1.3.0 together.
