Periodics

-Added crystal pickaxe (mines fast and when right-clicked on a block will cause the block to emit a light source at the cost of one redstone)

-Added crystal axe (when used to break any block will give you a stick as well as the block you broke)

-Crystal blocks now spawn around where diamonds spawn in the overworld and are about as rare as lapis

-New crystal dimension (Can be accessed through a portal made of pure crystal blocks that is lit by crystal and paper item)

-Crystal portal

-Crystal N' Paper item
