Pepsi's Slow Hopper

A new cheaper, but slower hopper

Its 4 times slower than hoppers. 0.625 items a second. One item every 32 ticks.

Craft it the same way as a hopper, except use iron nuggets instead of iron ingots. It follows all the rules of a regular hopper including redstone signals.
