## What you may do

## Under these terms

- **Attribution.** You must give appropriate credit, provide a link to the license, and indicate if changes
  were made. You may do so in any reasonable manner, but not in any way that suggests the authors endorse

- **NonCommercial.** You may not use the material for commercial purposes. Selling the mod, putting it behind
  a paywall, or bundling it in a paid product counts as commercial use.
- **No additional restrictions.** You may not apply legal terms or technological measures that legally
  restrict others from doing anything the license permits.

## Modpacks and servers

- Including Pengu's Teams in a **free** modpack is allowed, with credit and a link to the project page.
- Running it on a Minecraft server is allowed. Whether a server that sells ranks, perks or other paid
  features counts as commercial use is decided by the CC BY-NC 4.0 legal code, not by this summary. If in
  doubt, ask the authors for permission.

## No warranty

The material is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind, as described in section 5 of the legal code.
Back up your worlds before installing or updating any mod.

## Third-party software

Pengu's Teams does not bundle third-party code. It can optionally talk to these mods and plugins when they
are installed, through their public APIs; each is covered by its own license:
NeoForge, Minecraft (Mojang), LuckPerms, BlueMap, JourneyMap, JEI, REI, EMI and Game Stages.
