The recipes for the shipping crate are actually machine recipes in CS4. The crate has 1 input and 1 output slot. Keep in mind that CS4 currently has a bug which does not respect the amount you are required to sell in order to get a coin if you use an ore dictionary entry for the input. However, if you want to sell 1:1 of ore dictionary inputs it should work fine. Also, directly referencing an ingredient eg: minecraft:apple should respect input amounts just fine.
