Prevents skeletons from attacking players or gives them a melee weapon.
What's new
In this version, skeletons get stone swords and will attack the player.
It *should* work on all versions 1.9+ but I didn't test it. Tell me if it doesn't.
When I figure out how configuration files work I'll make it into 1 mod.
