Peaceful Loot

Adds items that aren't normally obtainable on peaceful to loot tables so they can be found naturally.
Makes some* of the items that are normally not obtainable in peaceful mode obtainable by adding them to the loot tables in some chests.
For example, blaze powder/rods can be found inside chests in nether fortresses or bastions.
Full list of items and where they can be found:
- Blaze Rod / Blaze Powder / Ghast Tear: Nether Fortresses / Bastions / Strongholds
- Wither Skeleton Skull: Nether Fortresses
- Nautilus Shells / Prismarine Blocks: Treasure Chests
- Shulker Shells: End City Chests
Nether Star is also obtainable by smelting an absurd amount of glowstone. (around 3500 glowstone is needed for each star)
