PCA Puzzle 0.3.4 (Lootr chest fix)

• With Lootr, room chests that come with their own loot table spilled their loot on the ground when a puzzle was built. This affected every chest in the PCA Puzzle Rooms manor, with both /puzzle build and PCA Puzzle Plots. The chest's loot ended up on the floor and in the chest, so keys and loot appeared twice. Chests now become Lootr chests cleanly, and each player gets the key once.
