PCA Auction 0.2.0 (storage unit finds, remove a unit)

• PCA Auction creative tab with the Auction Podium, the Roller Door and all the new finds. The podium and door have moved there from Functional Blocks.
• 18 storage unit finds that only turn up in units:
  • Weapons that really work: Rusty Cutlass, Pirate Cutlass, Viking Axe, Golden Rapier, Knight's Longsword, Samurai Katana.
  • Collectibles: Comic Book, Dusty Painting, Wind-up Robot, Old Pocket Watch, Vinyl Record, Antique Vase, Signed Football, Gold Pocket Watch, Rare First-Issue Comic, Lost Masterpiece, Jewelled Necklace, Golden Crown.
  • Cheap finds in duds, middling ones in ordinary units, the best in jackpots.
  • Each has its own price for the value reveal, from 40p to £50. Existing values.json files don't need changing.
• Remove unit: a button on the podium (click twice to confirm), /auction remove, or sneak + right-click the podium twice as a teacher. It takes the unit and everything in it away; the podium stays and Rebuild puts the unit back. A running auction is called off first and the highest bid refunded.
