Simple spinner that keeps going so long as the game is running. (instantly know if the game is paused or lagging by looking at it NOT spin)

What's new
Wider range of testing done, problems found and fixed.
Moved spinner down slightly to avoid being hidden by JEI's cheat buttons.
Added spinner styles, mostly just for doubling the size of the spinner, the last 2 are center-left of the screen instead of top-left for even more visibility. Keybinds moved to new category to help find them. Settings (other than keybinds) are per-player per-world.
