Description

Patilanci Homes

Patilanci Homes is a simple homes mod for Minecraft Fabric servers. It lets players save their favorite locations and teleport back whenever they need to, without having to remember coordinates or type long commands.

The idea was to keep things simple. Players can manage everything through Minecraft's built-in menus, while server owners can customize how the mod works.

What can you do?

  • Save your locations. Set homes anywhere your server allows and return to them later.
  • Manage homes through a menu. Use /homes to see your saved locations and choose what to do.
  • Rename your homes. Give each home a proper name using a text input instead of typing another command.
  • Update locations. Move an existing home to your current position.
  • Delete safely. A confirmation screen shows which home you're about to remove.
  • Set home limits. Choose how many homes regular players can save. Operators can have unlimited homes.
  • Customize the experience. Adjust messages, home limits, cooldowns, teleport settings, and menu text.
  • Reload without restarting. Use /homes reload after changing the configuration.

Commands

Command Description
/homes Open the homes menu
/home <name> Teleport to a saved home
/sethome [name] Save your current location
/delhome <name> Open the deletion confirmation
/renamehome <old> <new> Rename a home
/updatehome <name> Update a home's location
/homes reload Reload the configuration (operators only)

Configuration

Server owners can configure home limits, teleport cooldowns and warmups, world restrictions, menu labels, and more.

For example, you can let regular players save three homes while operators have unlimited homes.

Most configuration changes can be applied using /homes reload, without restarting the server.

Requirements

  • Minecraft Java Edition 1.21.10
  • Fabric Loader
  • Fabric API

This is a server-side mod. Players don't need to install anything extra to use the menus.

Why I made it

I originally created this for our private Patilanci SMP. We wanted something easy to use, with proper in-game menus instead of relying on chat commands for everything.

I decided to share it in case other Fabric server owners are looking for something similar.

Hope you find it useful!
