- ADDED: Config options to teleport a player upon death. This occurs when a bed isn't set for the player, or if the configuration overrides any bed setting.
- ADDED: Config options to teleport a player when they join the server. This occurs when it is a new player, or if the configuration overrides so that it occurs to *any* player that joins.
