A simple fully client side fabric mod that allows you to design curvy paths (roads) easily in survival, zero cheating, only holographic like litematica. With a lot of customisation aswell.

PathoGram - Holographic natural path designer

Pathogram is an easy to use Client-Side only Mod for fabric that allows you to design natural curvy paths in survival without any cheating elements. It only overlays fake blocks that you can then fill in with real ones after designing is complete. Needs no mod on server.

This mod has a lot of settings and customizability, and everything is done with only one stick and some easy commands.

Features:

Selecting any block as overlay
Making discontinous path overlays
clearing, resetting, undo and all other basics
the overlays are Fully saved even after game restart
Selecting the exact width of holographic paths
Multiple types of curves:

BEZIER (Default): Uses bezier curves between points for smooth arcs but still following the points more strictly.
CATMULL_ROM: Makes sure the path always crosses the point no matter what, might make more jagged paths, but still curved compared to linear.
B_SPLINE: This creates continuous, gentle curves by treating your points as attractor controls, Makes most natural and organic paths, but follow the selected point too loosly to be default.
LINEAR: Straight-line segments connecting point-to-point without curvature at all.

Commands/How to use:

/pathdesigner Displays the in-game help menu.
/pathdesigner new Finalizes the current segment and starts a new path.
/pathdesigner undo Removes the last placed point.
/pathdesigner clear removes all overlays.
/pathdesigner width <number> Sets the path width in blocks (Default: 3).
/pathdesigner curve <type> Changes the curve type (bezier, catmull_rom, b_spline, linear).
/pathdesigner block <block_id> Sets the preview hologram block (Default: minecraft:white_stained_glass).
/pathdesigner replace <true|false> Toggles replace mode on or off.

In order to use this, its dead simple, use the commands above to set things you want, then you just need to make a normal Minecraft stick and right click the points for the path, see the video below for better understanding. (Video is using Bezier curve, other curves make different kinds of paths)
