• 修复主动向市民提交物品会导致崩溃的 bug，这是原本一个修复 bug 的注入代码失效的问题，测试中发现此 bug 已被官方修复，故删除代码
• 临时禁止仓库之间互相请求物品，因为发现官方仍未修复仓库请求循环的 bug

• Fixed the bug where actively submitting items to citizens caused a crash. This was caused by the injection code from an earlier bug fix becoming ineffective; testing showed the bug has already been fixed officially, so the code was removed.
• Temporarily disabled item requests between warehouses, as it was found that the official version still has not fixed the warehouse request loop bug.
