Patchouli Everywhere

Allow players to open the Patchouli book at any time by referencing an item.
Open the Patchouli book entry for any item at any time — no need to carry the book!
Config (config/patchouli_everywhere-common.toml):
bypassBooks — List the Patchouli book IDs you want this mod to work with, e.g. bypassBooks = ["mymod:manual"]. Only books in this list can be opened without carrying the book.
requireServerWhitelist — When true (default), the server's config is authoritative; clients must match the server's bypassBooks for requests to be honored.
useShiftForQuickLookup — Set to true to use Shift instead of Ctrl/Cmd for the quick lookup.
