Passive Skill Trees Fabric

Optional download : skill progress bar on your screen

## Added
- Skill progress bar now also renders in the HUD, positioned dynamically 2px above the armor bar row (left level, XP %, right level — same layout as the skill tree screen).
- Toggle in client config (`show_hud_progress_bar`) to disable it.

## Compatibility
- Vertical position is computed via Fabric API's `HudStatusBarHeightRegistry`, so it automatically adapts to other HUD mods (e.g. Overflowing Bars) that register their own status bar height instead of assuming vanilla's fixed layout.
