Painting addition to Underlight Tools mod.

Adds a brush utility to Underlight Tools.

Craft a painbrush with a brush and dark crystal. Brushes paint in the air with particles.

Left click to set canvas, right click to spawn particle at you look position. The particles will despawn after 99999 ticks, or after they touch water.
