Shield Bash quality pass:
-range increased to 3 meters
-targeting improved
-bash now can only hit 3 entities by default, starting with the closest and moving out
-new enchant: Bashing. Allows a bash to hit more targets. Scales up to level 3.
-base cooldown for single target is now 5 seconds (down from 6). each target adds an additional second.
-missing a bash results in a cooldown of 1 second instead of 5
-missing a bash now has its own sound
-bashing now has a particle effect
