• Fixed "database is locked" errors on SQLite that could make permissions, punishments, warps, and player data silently fail to save. All database work is now properly queued instead of fighting over the file.
• Fixed the Custom Commands "Actions" editor on the dashboard kicking you out of the text box after typing a single character.
• Improved server shutdown/restart reliability so modules always get a chance to clean up properly.
