  1. Added configurable Painting-GUI menu layout settings.

  2. Added separate config sub-categories for Menu Layout, Scrolling, and Colors.

  3. Added configurable painting side margin, starting Y position, horizontal spacing, vertical spacing, and bottom spacing.

  4. Added configurable bottom padding to improve spacing below the last row and prevent the last row from being clipped.

  5. Increased the maximum configurable scroll speed from 50.0 to 67.0.

  6. Improved layout calculations for different screen sizes and configurations.
