Now paint your own armor!
Tired of the same few armor trims? Paint your Trim lets you design your own. Craft a special smithing template, use it on any trimmable armor piece, and a paint editor opens where you draw straight onto a 3D model of your armor. What you paint is what you wear, on you, on other players and on armor stands, and it works in multiplayer.
The editor has everything you need: 16 colors plus RGB sliders, different brush sizes, an eraser, undo and an eyedropper. A live preview shows your design on an armor stand or on your own skin while you work, and you can turn it to see every side. Save your favorite designs to a pattern library and load them again whenever you like. Want to change a finished piece? Use the template on it again and your old pattern stays right where it was. Changed your mind? Cancel, and you get your armor, template and materials back.
You can also make any trim glow. Craft your armor with glow ink sacs, and every sac adds one level, up to level 5. It works on painted and vanilla trims alike, so your design shines at night while the armor itself stays dark.
Requires Minecraft 1.21.1, Fabric Loader and Fabric API. Available in English and German.
