• Eight tabs: Overview, Mods & dependencies, Logs & crashes, Configs, Data & recipes, Performance, Report, Settings. Opens from the Mods list or a key you assign (no key by default).
• Mods and dependencies from the running loader and from the jars in the mods folder: missing required mods, wrong version ranges, mods for another Minecraft or NeoForge, incompatible and not recommended pairs, duplicate mod ids, identical copies, Fabric and old Forge jars, damaged jars. Jar-in-jar libraries are taken into account.
• Log and crash report analysis with 49 built-in rules, grouping of repeats with line numbers and context, root cause from the exception chain, follow-up errors marked as consequences, "not classified" for unknown errors. Big, empty, damaged, gzip and Windows-1251 logs are handled safely.
• TOML and JSON syntax check with line and column; value check against the mods' own config specs; unknown keys are never errors.
• Recipe, tag, loot table, advancement and function errors captured live while a world loads.
• FPS, frame time, memory and tick graphs for the last 60 seconds. Can be turned off.
• Optional local snapshots of the pack and a list of changes since the last check (asks for permission first).
• TXT and JSON reports with section choice, preview, privacy masking and a short summary to copy. Never overwrites a file, explains write errors and lets you pick another place.
• Your own log rules in config/ospackdoctor/rules/*.json.
• /packdoctor scan for server operators.
• The same jar runs without the game (java -jar) with a small window or from the command line.
