Fixes

• Machine cards now appear for Create machines (Mechanical Press, Millstone, Mechanical Saw, Mechanical Crafter). Create builds its JEI category icons from a composite icon whose item stacks are supplied lazily, and only JEI's own ingredient icon was understood, so every Create machine was skipped.
• The icon is now read through its primary item, before any JEI tab has been opened.
• Categories where the machine is the sole catalyst are preferred (Pressing instead of Packing).
• Mirror categories (automatic packing, block cutting, ...) are dropped only when a non-mirror sibling produced a card.

Verified in game

• ATM8, FTB Skies and Minehattan project: Press/Millstone/Saw/Crafter emit machine cards, Basin stays at zero, Thermal and Mekanism machines unchanged.

Known limits

• Fan-based Create categories (e.g. Encased Fan) still produce no machine card.
• The Packing card does not mention the Basin as a required block.
