Oxygen Tanks

This is going to add Oxygen Tanks for breathing in the water

This mode add stuff to breath underwater.
Such like new items there is only two.

this mad was made in mcreator so it won't be that good
the oxygen tank has 4 hp and gets damage for each use (restores 2 bubble oxygen aka oxygen points:65)

and oxygen backpack just lets you breath in water for 3 minutes
