owo Network Fix

1.0.0 — First release

- Fixes the disconnect "Failed to encode packet 'clientbound/minecraft:custom_payload'" caused by "[owo] Sided Packet Codec has not been unpacked" (e.g. accessories:main) on NeoForge 1.21.1.
- Cause: owo-lib 0.12.15.x swaps its placeholder codec for the real one on the 4th "return" of NetworkRegistry#getCodec. Recent NeoForge 21.1 builds (e.g. 21.1.262) added more returns, so that swap no longer happens.
- Fix: unwraps owo's placeholder codec on every return of getCodec.
- No hard dependency on owo-lib (reflection only); does nothing when owo-lib is not installed.
- Logs "[owonetfix] … correctif actif" once when the fix kicks in.
- Install on both client and server.
