Both only work in overworld
Lava remover: replaces all lava sources starting from y level 60 to y level 0 into stone, and y level 0 to -60 to deepslate, sadly does not remove lava pockets also you will still see lava on the surface
Water remover: removes all water sources and dripstone starting from y level 45 to y level -60 will not work in ocean biomes and its caves, sadly does not remove water pockets also you will still see waterlogged sources on dripleaf plants in lush caves. be aware deep lakes will have air pockets at the bottom.
