Overgeared x Ice and Fire

This adds basic compatibilty between Overgeard's workflow and the Ice and Fire armor, tools, and weapons.

Two new smithing anvils were added, the dragonbone anvil (made from dragonbone block) which can be used to craft dragonbone tools and weapons as well as dragonscale armor. The dragon steel anvil (made from dragon steel block) can be used to craft dragon steel armor, weapons and tools.

Dragon steel ingots are now produced from the dragon forge as "Heated dragon Steel Ingot" which can be used to craft all dragon steel items. Dragon steel can be reheated in a blast furnace.
