What's new
- Added overflow handling for stacked Copper Hoppers.
- Prevents Copper Hoppers from keeping items in their internal buffer when the connected chest is full.
- Allows items to continue to the next available Copper Hopper and chest in vertical filtered storage systems.
- Keeps vanilla hopper behavior unchanged.
- Tested with Minecraft 1.21.11 and Copper Hopper 0.20.4+1.21.11.
