Add antimatter transport, volume based vacuum and production rate displays

- Antimatter pipes, tanks and cells with per side configuration replace the
  fluid based antimatter handling in accelerator, AD and ELENA ring
- All machine GUIs and JEI categories show the current production rate
  (e.g. 20 B/t) and 0 B/t while the machine is idle
- Vacuum pump counts the blocks of every connected multiblock into its volume
  and scales energy consumption with it (linear or exponential, configurable in
  the new vacuum config section)
- Inventory key no longer closes the machine screens while a rate field is
  focused, reactor temperature limit in the TOP tooltip uses the real value
- Add crafting recipe for the coal generator, dedicated break particle for the
  antimatter pipes and organize the block models in sub folders
