O Ouvinte (The Listener) is a horror mod built around a creature that watches you before it decides to attack. Strange sounds and unexpected encounters interrupt your usual survival routine, leaving you wondering whether something is nearby.

The Listener can stalk you from a distance, chase you, crawl through low passages, and cling to ceilings. Keep an eye on the space around you—a narrow tunnel might not keep it out.

Its appearance carries traces of something human: broken glasses, damaged headphones, and scraps of faded clothing. Its true form takes those features further, with uneven limbs, a twisted head, and a dislocated jaw. Both forms have their own proportions and animated movements.

The mod also adds a nightmarish dimension, environmental events, and items connected to the Listener. Recordings and written clues give you more to discover as you explore. Some items can help you defend yourself, but encountering the creature is still something you need to prepare for.
