Surprise 1.0 release for 1.16.1!

I made this very quickly, so while it is a full backport of 1.0.0, there are probably some bugs or other things since I have to used an outdated version of Geckolib, as well as an outdated Forge version. No, this does not mean that I will be fully supporting 1.16.1 from here on out. I will probably not update 1.16.1 until the next major update, if at all.
