Outty's Loot Bags

You ever thought mob drops like skeletons and endermen weren't very fair? Are you always disappointed with the fact that all you get from killing zombies is some exp and rotten flesh? Well, this mod gives you LOOT BAGS!

Loot bags include a common loot bag, an uncommon loot bag and a rare loot bag. The commons and uncommons drop from zombies, skeletons, creepers and endermen while the rare only drops from endermen.

I would highly appreciate suggestions on how to improve my mod, and bug reports too!
