- Adds support for Burnt + Additions 1.10.2.4 on Minecraft 1.20.1 / Forge, while
retaining original Burnt 1.9.1.4 support.
- Covers the rewritten Additions Soul Clearing locator, which still performs a
blocking 128-chunk structure search and retries an unsuccessful search after 600 ticks.
- Reads and commits the modern `SoulClearingState` data used by wisp guidance.
- Uses the correct modern `burnt_additions:soul_clearing` structure ID.
- Keeps legacy and modern addon search saves separate so old discoveries cannot
be incorrectly reused after changing the upstream version family.
- Verifies reviewed locator and state bytecode before applying required redirects.
Changed or unsupported implementations now produce a clear compatibility error.
- Repairs incomplete or invalid pending scan metadata while preserving valid
completed discoveries and supported older save schemas.
- Hardens nearest-candidate arithmetic against overflow and retains deterministic tie-breaking.
- Adds `/outbreak_burnt status` for operators.
- Retains loaded-only incremental scanning, existing configuration keys, bounded
work settings and retry delays.
- Updates the build baseline to Forge 47.4.22 and adds automated regression,
dependency-contract and distribution checks.
