Changes

-Balanced the ores more and made custom gear harder to make, now you gotta progress through the different tiers of ores as if this was a decent mod. WOW!11!

-I broke Blinding Radiance, oops x3

-New shiny sword dagger thingymajig whoaaaa :3

-Phantom Shard now sucks again because I dont like the guy
