1. Modpack Permission

You are explicitly allowed to include Ouch Kit in modpacks distributed through CurseForge, provided that:

• The mod is not modified

• Proper credit is given to the original mod and author

• The mod is not rehosted outside CurseForge

2. Redistribution

Redistribution of Ouch Kit is NOT permitted outside of CurseForge.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Third-party mod hosting websites

• Reuploads to other platforms

• Direct file mirrors or bundled downloads

Only the official CurseForge project page may distribute this mod.

3. Modification & Derivatives

Modification, reverse engineering, decompilation, or creation of derivative works based on Ouch Kit is prohibited without explicit permission from the mod author.

This includes:

• Forks

• Edited versions

• Feature ports

• Rebranded builds

Permission may be granted on a case-by-case basis by the author.

3.5. Unofficial Add-ons & Compatibility Mods (Allowed)

Unofficial add-ons, extensions, or compatibility mods for Ouch Kit are explicitly permitted, provided that:

• No source files, assets, or compiled code from Ouch Kit are modified, copied, or redistributed

• The add-on functions externally through APIs, events, or integrations

• The add-on clearly states that it is unofficial and not affiliated with the Ouch Kit author

• Ouch Kit is required as a separate dependency

This permission does not allow:

• Forking Ouch Kit

• Patching or overwriting its files

• Redistributing Ouch Kit in any form

4. Asset Protection

All assets included with Ouch Kit (including textures, sounds, code, and documentation) are protected under this license and may not be reused or redistributed without permission.

5. No Warranty

This mod is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind.
The author is not responsible for:

• Data loss

• World corruption

• Mod conflicts

• Any damages resulting from use of this mod

6. License Termination

Violation of any part of this license immediately terminates the rights granted herein.
