What's new
🌳 Skill Tree (v1.4.8)
Progression & Saving Fixes
-
Universal Progression (Dimension Fix): Skill progress is no longer tied to the dimension you are in! Progression is now globally saved to the Overworld.
-
Seamless Migration: If you previously unlocked nodes in the Nether or End, don't worry—your data is automatically merged and migrated to the Overworld upon your first login. No lost shards, and no more blinking HUDs when switching dimensions!
-
Correct Save Paths: Custom skill trees now correctly save to the specific file of the race being edited. Previously, if you were editing a tree for Race A while playing as Race B, it would overwrite Race B's file or dump into a generic
custom.json.
Editor Fixes
-
Node ID Crash: Clearing the "Node ID" field in the visual editor no longer crashes the game. It is now null-safe and will retain its previous value (since IDs are mandatory).
-
Cleaned Up X/Y & Requirements Fields: Fixed a visual bug where the X and Y coordinate fields displayed broken, cut-off translation keys (like
gui.ori...). The placeholders have been replaced with clean numerical examples (e.g., "120" / "64"). Additionally, the "requires id" hint has been clarified to "requires node ids", and missing localization keys for English, Russian, and Ukrainian have been added.
