Origins: Classes

* Updated to 1.17
* Fixed Beastmaster "Fauna Friends" buffs not applying to horses or child animals,
* Fixed Beastmasters not being able to tame the greatest beasts of all: parrots.
* (Hopefully?) Fixed crash with TechReborn tools.
* Prevented extended potions from being brewed.
* Lumberjack's "Tree Felling" power now looks for leaves tags - should increase compatibility with trees from other mods.
* Lumberjack's "Tree Felling" power now has a higher limit on the number of blocks it can affect (to potentially handle larger trees from other mods)

* Merchants now only get offered obtainable items from their "Charisma" power, and the tag `origins-classes:merchant_blacklist` can be added to to prevent items if desired.
