"Rewrite" Mayor Changes I:

- Main additions:
[+] Plant ores are now obtainable
[+] Aethersteel tools now have a second power: Block triplication
[+] Aethersteel swords now have a second power: Mob loot triplication

- Other additions:
[+] Added livingstone seeds
[+] Added verdite seeds
[+] Tin and Platinum tools and armor can now be smelted/blasted for one nugget
[+] Added config option for tungsten generation
[+] Added config option for aethersteel generation
[+] Added config option for aetherrock meteors generation
[+] Tungsten now has a new ore variant (spelunkery compat)

- Removed content:
[-] Steel furnaces & Tungsten Anvils have been completely removed

- Fixes and balances:
[+] Fixed aethersteel armor's power
[+] Fixed modded progress not working correctly
[+] Duplication balance:
    - ores now have a fifth of max chance to duplicate
    - rare blocks now have a tenth of max chance to duplicate
[+] Changed view power's information key from left shift to left ctrl
[+] Fixed block duplication not working properly
[+] Fixed armor tooltips not showing their entire powers
[+] Renamed livingstone seed to Petrified Seed
[+] Renamed verdite seed to Dead Seed
[+] Changed block duplication tooltip
[+] Fixed Tungsten not generating
[+] Fixed tooltip and powers for electrum (oreganized compat)
[+] Fixed compat powers for oreganized not working properly
[+] Fixed most missing recipes
