Frit Ore Production Spawners

A client and server-side spawner system that lets players stack ore spawners, automate production, and manage large storage with simple commands.

Frit Ore Production Spawners

Automated Resource Production • Stackable Spawners • Massive Storage • Server-Side

Frit Ore Production Spawners is a server-side NeoForge mod for Minecraft 1.21.1 that transforms ordinary Minecraft spawners into powerful automated resource generators.

Produce valuable resources, combine thousands of spawners into a single block, and manage your production systems using large inventories, intuitive controls, and simple commands.

Designed for dedicated Minecraft servers, with experimental support for Singleplayer and Essential multiplayer.

No mandatory client-side installation, custom textures, or resource packs required!

Features

Five Resource Spawners

Choose from five specialized spawner types, each producing resources automatically at a fixed rate.

Spawner Production per Hour
Coal Spawner 256 Coal
Copper Spawner 384 Copper Ingots
Iron Spawner 96 Iron Ingots
Gold Spawner 48 Gold Ingots
Diamond Spawner 12 Diamonds

Production increases proportionally with the number of spawners stacked inside a single block.

For example, 100 Iron Spawners produce up to 9,600 Iron Ingots per hour, assuming 20 server ticks per second and sufficient available storage.

All production rates are calculated under normal server conditions. Actual output may vary with server performance, available storage, and production settings.

Stack Up to 20,000 Spawners

Build massive resource farms without placing thousands of individual blocks.

  • Right-click a placed spawner with a matching spawner item to increase its stack.

  • Sneak + right-click to add multiple matching spawners at once.

  • Stack up to 20,000 spawners in a single block.

  • Recover the packed spawner stack when breaking the block.

Stacking provides a compact way to expand resource production while keeping your farms organized.

Massive Storage — 100 Inventory Pages

Each resource spawner features a large, server-managed storage system.

  • Up to 100 inventory pages

  • 45 storage slots per page

  • Up to 4,500 storage slots per spawner

  • Previous and next page navigation

  • Vanilla Minecraft inventory interface

  • Spawner information displayed in the inventory title

Navigate your storage without requiring custom client-side screens or resource packs.

Important: Storage is limited. When a spawner is full, additional generated resources cannot be stored.

Automation Support

Connect your spawners to automated production and resource-processing systems.

Create Funnels can extract generated resources from spawner inventories, allowing integration with Create-based factories.

Compatibility with other inventory transport solutions, including additional Create components, Mekanism, and other NeoForge automation mods, requires further testing.

Personal Spawner Management

Manage and organize your placed spawners using the built-in command system.

  • View your registered spawners.

  • Find their locations.

  • Rename individual spawners.

  • Identify and organize your resource farms.

  • Access operator-only administrative commands.

Spawner names can be customized without changing their resource type or production behavior.

Redstone Control

Control spawner production using Redstone.

Use Redstone-enabled behavior to integrate your spawners into automated factories and resource production systems.

Server-Side Design

Frit Ore Production Spawners is designed to run without requiring connecting players to install the mod.

  • Server-side production and storage management

  • Vanilla Minecraft spawner blocks

  • Standard Minecraft inventory menus

  • No custom block textures required

  • No mandatory resource pack

  • No mandatory client-side mod

  • Configurable server settings

The mod also avoids dropping thousands of stored resource items when a full spawner is broken, reducing the risk of excessive dropped-item entities.

Commands

The primary command is /fps.

Command Description
/fps help Display available commands
/fps list List your registered spawners
/fps rename <id> <name> Rename one of your spawners
/fps give <player> <type> <amount> Give resource spawners (OP only)
/fps admin list View registered spawners (OP only)

Command Examples

/fps give @s iron 64
/fps give Steve diamond 10
/fps list
/fps rename 1 Iron Farm

The legacy /fns command remains available as a compatibility alias.

Vanilla /give Support

Resource spawners can also be obtained through Minecraft's standard /give command using custom item data.

Coal Spawner

/give @p minecraft:spawner[minecraft:custom_data={fps_kind:"coal",fps_count:1}] 1

Copper Spawner

/give @p minecraft:spawner[minecraft:custom_data={fps_kind:"copper",fps_count:1}] 1

Iron Spawner

/give @p minecraft:spawner[minecraft:custom_data={fps_kind:"iron",fps_count:1}] 1

Gold Spawner

/give @p minecraft:spawner[minecraft:custom_data={fps_kind:"gold",fps_count:1}] 1

Diamond Spawner

/give @p minecraft:spawner[mminecraft:custom_data={fps_kind:"diamond",fps_count:1}] 1

The fps_count value represents the number of spawners contained in the item. Spawner stacks are limited to 20,000 units per placed block.

Backward Compatibility: The mod continues to recognize legacy spawner item data from earlier development versions to help preserve existing items and worlds.

Installation

Dedicated Server

  1. Install NeoForge for Minecraft 1.21.1.

  2. Place the Frit Ore Production Spawners .jar file in the server's mods directory.

  3. Start or restart the server.

  4. Use /fps give or a supported vanilla /give command to obtain your first resource spawner.

Connecting players do not need to install the mod separately.

Singleplayer

  1. Install NeoForge for Minecraft 1.21.1.

  2. Place the mod .jar in your Minecraft profile's mods folder.

  3. Launch Minecraft and open a world.

Singleplayer compatibility is experimental and requires additional testing.

Essential Multiplayer

Install the mod in the NeoForge profile used by the player hosting the world.

Connecting players should not require a separate installation of Frit Ore Production Spawners.

Essential multiplayer compatibility is experimental.

Important Information

Spawner Distribution: Resource spawners can be obtained through operator commands, including /fps give and Minecraft's vanilla /give command with supported custom item data. The core mod does not include crafting recipes or a built-in shop.

Breaking Spawners: Stored resources are not dropped when a spawner is broken. Empty its inventory before breaking it to prevent losing stored resources. The packed spawner item itself is preserved.

Large Spawner Stacks: Stacking thousands of spawners can generate large amounts of resources. Available storage and server performance should be considered when designing massive production systems.

Server Performance: Production rates assume normal server performance. Actual output may decrease when server TPS drops or storage becomes full.

World Backups: Always create a world backup before updating, especially when upgrading from earlier development versions.

Development Status: Version 1.1.0. Core features are implemented, but final build verification, stability testing, and some compatibility tests are still pending.
