Oregen - Mod For Ores

New Blocks: 

• Random Ore: This is a block that when placed, will choose a ore block at random (any game registered ores) and place it instead. 

New Items:

• OreRefabricator: Item that when combined with any raw ore block, or block with ore in its name, will give a Random Ore block.

Recipes were added for: 

1. OreGen 1x1 Block 
   1. [CBC] 
   2. [CCC] 
   3. [CCC] 
   4. C = Cobblestone
   5. B = Enchanted Book
2. OreGen 3x3 Block
   1. 3x3 of OreGen 1x1 blocks
3. Recipes to turn blocks with ore in it, into a "Random Ore Block"
   1. Any combination of 1 ore block + the ore refabricator
4. Ore Refabricator: clay ball + bonemeal

Added a en_us.lang file to give proper display names of items and blocks, and creative tab.
